STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
The STEM program of studies is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to spark curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving skills in young minds. This program blends interactive labs, cutting-edge technology and outdoor visits and activities, helping students to develop critical thinking, technology skills, and independence while having fun.
Through a series of engaging STEM modules, students will tackle real-world challenges, explore groundbreaking technologies, and understand the vital role of science in society. They will work both independently and in teams to:
- Experiment with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtual Reality (VR) – Learn how these technologies work and apply them to problem-solving tasks
- Engage in Robotics & Engineering – Build and program robots to complete exciting challenges
- Master Digital Fabrication – Design, prototype, and create objects using 3D printing and laser-cutting in our state-of-the-art Fab Lab and MakerSpace
- Apply Data Analysis & Interpretation – Collect and analyze data to draw meaningful conclusions
With expert mentorship and access to cutting-edge tools, students will think like scientists, design like engineers, and create like innovators — all while building confidence and having an unforgettable experience.
In 2026, with the support of the John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation, Pierce – The American College of Greece offers 8 full scholarships to young people interested in following the STEM Pierce Leadership Academy (PLA) modules.
